Jake was entered in a few derby trials this year. He won Oak Hill Beagle Club and took 2nd at Towanda Beagle Club, amongst other places in the 13”derby class. In all, he placed in seven derby trials-- showing his consistency. He capped off the derby season by winning the NEBGF 13” Male derby championship at Harrisburg which assisted him in finishing off the season as the 2022 NEBGF 13” Male Derby Consistency Winner. Jake is a great young hound who consistently puts you on game and maintains the check area while driving the rabbit round and round. Jake is out of FCGD Big Oranges Nitro and Rapid Run Lil Blizzard. I look forward to next year when he competes in Licensed trials.
